  • 1 cup of coffee (buy it or prepare however you’d like!)
  • 1 scoop Vital Proteins Unflavored Collagen Peptides
  • 1-2 teaspoons coconut oil or ghee
  • Splash of maple syrup
  • Splash of non-dairy milk of your choice (optional)


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend away!
