Ah, I so need this and want to do this! I just starting working out 2 weeks again and need help with my diet ….but….. in your video it showed something like “carrot lentil soup” and I honestly cant see myself ever eating that. Is this more than just recipes. Will there be any “normal” foods that I can eat? LOL

    Thanks so much!

Hi Gina – and we’d love to have you! So awesome you’re back on the fitness train – its a huge piece of the puzzle. Nutrition is such a HUGE part of it as well, and what we love to help people with. Our programs are more than just recipes – they have new material uploaded nearly everyday to education on hows and whys behind nutrition and wellness, so you can take the information with you for the long run, and really make habits. We are also on the discussion boards every day to answer all those burning nutrition questions you may have. Consider the recipe packet as a huge, helpful resource – most people tell us the recipes become their staples for long term eating. They are all gluten-free, dairy-free and refined sugar free, but absolutely hearty, real meals – hearty entrees, satisfying breakfasts – no one ever goes hungry – it’s no juice cleanse 🙂 As long as you embrace whole foods as normal foods, you’ll love it – think plenty of nuts, nut butters, healthy fats, veggies, fruits, poultry, lean meat, seafood, whole grains….it’s got it all. We’d love to have you!

      Hi Gina,

I taste tested many of the recipes for the new program and WOW they are incredible!!!! Many recipes are pretty simple to put together, too. The PN ladies have orchestrated the program so that it’s adaptable to real life. It does take effort to make the change to eating whole foods and spending more time in the kitchen preparing but it is so worth it. I can’t tell you how many participants in past PN programs (of which I was also a participant) have been shocked, surprised, and down right floored by the recipes included in the program. So many of them have been staple recipes for me.
