- ½ cup zucchini, chopped, frozen
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond, coconut, hemp or rice milk
- 1 date, pitted
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- Blend the zucchini, banana, and non-dairy milk until well blended.
- Add the date, turmeric, coconut oil and cinnamon and blend until smooth.
