Turmeric Smoothie

1 serving

  • ½ cup zucchini, chopped, frozen
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond, coconut, hemp or rice milk
  • 1 date, pitted
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  1. Blend the zucchini, banana, and non-dairy milk until well blended.
  2. Add the date, turmeric, coconut oil and cinnamon and blend until smooth.
